Below is an 1867 County map of Derry Township in Westmoreland County. Blairsville in Indiana County is the yellow shading. The red shading is where Cokeville is, but it appears to be called "Broadfording". To the east is "Blairsville Intersection" with its own P.O. or Post Office. Also note Bairdstown and New Brittain.

Compare this USGS Aerial Photo of 1939 to the USGS map of 1986 to get a feel for the extent of what was GONE because of the Army Corps of Engineers' Flood Control Project of the late 1940s, especially Bairdstown. Cokeville suffered too.
